About Our Leadership
Pankaj Bohra, Founder
After graduating as Bachelor of Commerce form University of Rajasthan, Pankaj Bohra joined S. R. Batliboi & Co, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi (auditing arm of Ernst & Young in India), in 1982 as an article. During articleship conducted audit of many corporate entities including: Hindustan Times Ltd., Bata (India) Ltd., Grasim Ltd., Japan Airlines Ltd., Vam Organics & Chemicals Ltd., Birla Yamaha Ltd., Usha Telehoist Ltd., Bharat Commerce & Industries Ltd., Haryana Steel & Alloys Ltd., and Jiyajeerao Cotton Mills Ltd.
Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1986. He started Pankaj Bohra & Co.in 1987 with its head quarter at Ahmedabad. He holds valuable experience in a wide range of professional services such as audit and assurance, tax advisory, foreign investments to and from India, private equity advisory, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, etc.
He has been associated with many corporate entities in different capacities for last thirty years. He has been on boards of a number of companies advising their senior management on business strategies, financial planning and corporate governance. He is also actively associated with following professional & social organizations including The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Rotary Club of Ahmedabad North, and Jain International Trade Organization. He is currently the National Vice President of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
